Over the past 14 years, I have honed my expertise in small business management as the Practice Manager of a thriving dental practice in Kalispell, MT. My journey began as a Dental Assistant, and through dedication and hard work, I advanced to the role of Practice Manager. In this capacity, I developed a skill set akin to that of an Executive Administrative Assistant, overseeing critical operations, streamlining processes, and fostering team collaboration. With the support of an incredible team, I contributed to the growth and ongoing success of the practice.

While I thoroughly enjoy the dental field, I discovered a deep passion for supporting other small business owners. Friends and family often sought my advice on business challenges, and I found immense satisfaction in helping them succeed both professionally and personally. This passion for helping others drives me in all that I do.

Having spent most of my life in Montana, I feel truly fortunate to call this beautiful state my home. I am happily married with two teenage children and two energetic dogs. As a family, we enjoy outdoor adventures, motorsports, traveling, and creating cherished memories together. When I’m not working I find joy in reading and nurturing my flower garden.
